CHIA PUDDING

Simple recipe just from 5 ingredients. Perfect for breakfast , snack or desert.

Ingredients :

1/2 glass of chia seeds

2 glasses of milk

2 tsp of honey

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tsp of nuts

Mix fruits

Directions: 

Take a medium bowl and gently whisk all ingredients: milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract.  Let it set for few hours in refrigerator. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings: fruits, granola, whipped cream, nuts and etc.
